TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda has unveiled its latest initiative, the “Kyuusa Gear ne Hi-Perf” campaign, aimed at empowering Uganda’s dynamic two-wheeler sector with innovative, high-performance motorcycle engine oils.
Launched at a press conference held at the company’s head office on 8th Street in Industrial Area, the campaign introduces the Hi-Perf range—an advanced line of motorcycle oils designed to meet the demands of riders in Uganda’s diverse and challenging road conditions.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Joseph Wechuli, Finance Manager at TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda, emphasized the company’s drive to offer sustainable, customer-focused mobility solutions. “This campaign reflects our commitment to innovation and our customers’ needs by delivering value-driven products that support both performance and sustainability,” he said.
The Hi-Perf range, which includes Hi-Perf 4T 500 20W50, Hi-Perf Bajaj 20W50, and Hi-Perf 2T 500 16B05L, is formulated to improve mileage, extend engine life, and boost rider confidence. These oils are engineered to withstand high temperatures, heavy loads, and extended usage—ideal for boda boda riders, delivery operators, and everyday users navigating Uganda’s busy roads.

Allan Omuron, Specialties Manager at TotalEnergies, highlighted the campaign’s grassroots approach. “’Kyuusa Gear ne Hi-Perf’ aims to uplift service standards across the entire motorcycle ecosystem—from mechanics to our service stations,” he noted.
The initiative also aligns with TotalEnergies’ broader commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
With this launch, TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda reaffirms its role as a trusted partner in Uganda’s transport and mobility space, supporting safer, more efficient, and environmentally-conscious riding across the country.
