According to the prosecution, the suspect, from the23rd-27th of May 2024, by means of fraud transported a 16-year-old girl from Tagore apartments in Kamwokya along Acacia Avenue and harbored her at his residence in the Kito zone In Kira Division for days.
He was charged together with Gatete Promise, who is the personal assistant to Ntungamo Municipality MP Yona Musinguzi.
Gatete had earlier been charged and granted bail, but her bail was canceled after the prosecution amended the charges into capital offenses.
Don. Nasser who has been on the run, was arrested over the weekend in neighboring Kenya, and brought back to face trial.
